About the role

  • Lead and design the full-funnel Growth Playbook: acquisition, activation, retention, expansion.
  • Own Demand Generation: scale paid channels (search, social, display), SEO, content, and partnerships.
  • Partner with Product to craft self-serve onboarding flows, viral referral loops, and in‑app upsell journeys (PLG).
  • Track CAC, LTV, MRR, funnels; run A/B tests and experiment to identify growth levers.
  • Hire, mentor, and build a growth team including growth marketers, paid media experts, content pros, and partnership managers.
  • Scale traffic, trials, and revenue globally for an AI-powered B2B SaaS unicorn.

Requirements

  • Growth or marketing leadership at a SaaS company, ideally with product-led growth at scale.
  • Proven track record driving demand gen + PLG pipelines from mid-market to enterprise.
  • Hands-on expertise in SEO, paid media, content, partnerships, and growth analytics.
  • A love for data-driven experiments and fast iteration.
  • Curiosity and interest in AI + automation tools shaping the next wave of GTM strategies.
  • Must be based in UK, Europe, or East Coast Canada for time zone alignment.
