About the role
- Build, execute, and continuously optimize Omnea’s digital growth strategy across key channels (LinkedIn, search, email, website).
- Own our website and the digital ecosystem driving to it — turning traffic into meaningful commercial opportunities.
- Capture and activate demand across enterprise accounts, identifying and prioritizing key buying signals.
- Work with commercial and sales teams to translate engagement into qualified pipeline.
- Build and measure full-funnel campaigns that raise awareness, educate the market, and drive meetings.
- Experiment relentlessly — test, learn, and adapt faster than anyone else.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven experience driving pipeline in B2B enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of digital channels, paid media, and performance analytics.
- Hands-on experience with intent data platforms (6sense or similar).
- A builder’s mindset — scrappy, strategic, and unafraid to get your hands dirty.
- Strong collaboration with sales and commercial teams to align on outcomes.
- Hunger to create something new, fast, and impactful.
- Experience maintaining and measuring the performance of the company website.
- We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices.
