- Track and report on key metrics — CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Launch weekly experiments: double down on what works, kill what doesn’t.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or SaaS marketing.
- Proven track record of running paid campaigns, outreach, and automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset — fluent in data but fearless with creative risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality tech.
