About the role
- Develop and execute the TikTok Shop affiliate strategy
- Manage daily operations within TikTok Shop Seller Centre
- Source UK-based creators
- Collaborate with TikTok Shop partner agencies
- Utilise automation features to streamline processes
- Report on all key affiliate metrics
- Work with paid media teams and brand/content teams
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop or social commerce affiliate programmes
- Strong understanding of Seller Centre & Affiliate Centre
- Demonstrated success scaling creator-driven revenue
- Strong analytical comfort with spreadsheets and dashboards
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organised and process-driven
