General Counsel

• Provide legal support to internal clients primarily related to technology enterprise wide supplier contracts, contractual disputes, and regulatory and compliance matters
• Provide legal services with the Global Procurement group and other corporate function teams
• Drafting and negotiating complex enterprise and cross-divisional procurement contracts for the technology team reviewing and negotiating with large technology suppliers for enterprise arrangements
• Counseling technology procurement managers regarding technology related products and services on risks and legal issues facing a multi-national, global technology and information analytics company
• Providing legal advice and responding to requests on a timely basis from clients for input on supplier contracts, contract law, disputes, regulatory and compliance matters
• Strong understanding of AI-related issues and their legal impact on supply chains
• Suggesting substantive improvements to contract templates, along with efficiency improvements to contract workflow and processes
• Providing practical guidance and advice related to contractors and other third-party service providers
• Supervising supplier-related disputes, terminations, bankruptcies, and other matters
