• Provide legal support to various business stakeholders on a variety of cutting-edge legal issues
• Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations, Product, and Engineering to drive corporate and commercial transactions
• Strategize, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial and technology agreements in support of day-to-day business and strategic transactions
• Develop strategic business relationships with vendors
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements to support Motional’s global procurement organization
• Stay current on applicable laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry codes, especially concerning AV law
• Advise on technology development agreements, supply agreements for goods and services, software licenses, and business partnership agreements
• Report directly to Motional’s General Counsel and support Legal team initiatives
