About the role

  • Lead design and implementation of core HR programs: compensation & benefits strategy, performance management, career development models
  • Enable managers, build onboarding & offboarding playbooks, implement employee feedback and engagement mechanisms
  • Partner with managers (Sales, Tech, G&A) on org topics, performance, and team growth
  • Coach managers and act as internal reference for day-to-day HR topics and rituals
  • Own People Ops: onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, compliance, documentation, automation, reporting, and HR tech stack management

  • You have a full professional proficiency in English
