About the role
- Work on an AI-based critical decision support platform for the Medical/Healthcare community
- Gather and synthesize business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis
- Map and evaluate current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and formulate optimized future-state workflows
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications to guide system design and development
- Support solution design through active engagement with developers, QA teams, and project managers ensuring alignment of scope, quality, and business value
- Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to uncover trends, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and contribute to strategic planning by identifying systems and process changes that deliver measurable impact
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and lead cross-functional workshops
Requirements
- Expertise in eliciting business and functional requirements through stakeholder engagement, interviews, and workshops
- Ability to clearly translate business needs into functional/technical documentation for development teams
- Familiarity with SDLC/Agile/Waterfall methodologies and how requirements flow through project lifecycles
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or custom applications)
- Ability to work effectively with developers, QA testers, project managers, and business stakeholders
- Facilitation and workshop leadership experience (discovery sessions, JAD sessions, solution reviews)
- Presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Stakeholder management and ability to navigate competing priorities
- Business case development skills (articulate ROI, efficiency gains, risk mitigation)
- Change management awareness and strategic thinking
