  • Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built.\n
  • The Solutions Consultant - ERP Integrations plays a critical role in delivering customer value by ensuring seamless, scalable integration and adoption of Higharc’s solutions.\n
  • This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will lead successful ERP integrations (CSV/API) into homebuilder purchasing systems, empower operational teams (P&E, S&M) to adopt our products, and own key outcomes across implementation, data, and usage.\n
  • Success in this role requires strong project management, deep functional understanding of homebuilder workflows, and the ability to guide integration strategy from scoping through execution.\n
  • You’ll act as the customer-facing contact for ERP/CRM integration and data transformation efforts while aligning with internal teams to drive fast, effective outcomes.\n
  • Job Responsibilities: \n
  • Solutions Consultant - ERP Integrations\n
  • Act as the primary liaison for technical integration projects (ERP, CRM, data pipelines), ensuring successful API and CSV workflows.\n
  • Own the end-to-end implementation of integration workstreams, including scope alignment, issue resolution, QA, and launch readiness.\n
  • Translate customer data models and operational workflows into requirements and configuration plans for Higharc solutions.\n
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting to deliver standardized, repeatable integration frameworks.\n
  • Customer Adoption & Value Delivery\n
  • Drive adoption of Higharc tools within Purchasing & Estimating and Sales & Marketing teams.\n
  • Identify and remove barriers to adoption, unlock early value, and champion product usage across customer accounts.\n
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to cultivate champions and drive organizational change.\n
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management\n
  • Lead customer projects with urgency and clarity — managing timelines, milestones, risk, and stakeholder communication.\n
  • Partner with Customer Adoption, Product, Engineering, and Sales to coordinate integration and adoption plans.\n
  • Represent the voice of the customer in roadmap discussions, ROI reviews, and QBRs.\n
  • Training & Enablement\n
  • Develop and deliver customer-facing materials, training playbooks, and best practices for adoption and integration.\n
  • Support internal enablement by educating other CSMs, Implementors, and Solutions Consultants on integration and rollout frameworks.\n
  • Customer Advocacy & Outcomes\n
  • Articulate the value of Higharc’s solutions in terms that resonate with builder stakeholders.\n
  • Analyze integration impact and product usage data to surface insights, risks, and expansion opportunities.\n
  • Contribute customer stories and testimonials that demonstrate measurable ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of <strong>successfully managing technical integration projects</strong> (CSV/API) for ERP, CRM, or estimating platforms.\n
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to drive cross-functional execution and manage multiple priorities.\n
  • Experience in <strong>Purchasing &amp; Estimating</strong>, and familiarity with homebuilding software systems (MarkSystems, BuilderMT, NewStar, Salesforce, etc.).\n
  • Excellent communication skills; capable of translating between technical teams and business users.\n
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on outcomes, speed, and value delivery.\n
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and proactively solve problems.\n
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the AEC industry or experience in vertical SaaS implementation or solutions roles.
