Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for SaaS-based solutions
Analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications and product workflows
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations with internal and client stakeholders
Develop detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use case scenarios
Partner with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless user experience aligned with business needs
Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management in Agile environments
Evaluate SaaS product features, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements aligned with best practices and business strategy
Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management activities
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Ensure product design and business processes adhere to ITIL, TOGAF standards, and enterprise architecture principles
Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years in SaaS product development environments
Proven experience in business process modeling, requirements management, and SaaS solution analysis
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or DevOps
Proficiency in preparing documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, data models)
Solid understanding of cloud/SaaS product architecture and integrations (APIs, web services)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Certifications: CBAP (Must Have); TOGAF or ITIL (At least one)
Experience working with SaaS-based enterprise products (preferred)
Exposure to enterprise integrations (ERP, HRMS, or AI/ML-driven SaaS tools) (preferred)
Knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance in SaaS environments (preferred)
