About the role
- Support end-to-end R2R process including General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis
- Serve as primary liaison between technology teams and business partners to ensure seamless SAP integration
- Develop functional requirements, conduct FIT-GAP analysis, and create detailed functional specifications
- Review technical specifications, prepare use case scenarios and test scripts, and implement functional testing
- Prepare cut-over plans and ensure project milestones and goals are met
- Evaluate requirements and satellite application integration needs and translate into functional specifications for SAP R2R modules
- Collaborate on system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing
- Work with R2R and other value stream teams (Change Management, Application Development, Technology, Data) and manage System Integrator relationships
- Develop super user and SME competency, ensure instructional materials accuracy, and provide expertise for end-user training
- Stay informed on industry trends, R2R regulations, and SAP developments relevant to process areas
- Report to the R2R Process Lead
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science
- 7+ years of experience supporting the R2R processes
- Knowledge of SAP best practices, standard R2R processes, and master data management
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting SAP R2R modules
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training
- Ability to guide and coach technical teammates on functional aspects
- Project management skills in planning, tracking, reporting and risk mitigation
- Experience in end-to-end SAP R2R implementation in the discrete manufacturing process with a manufacturing organization
- Experience with business applications integration with SAP R2R modules and data warehouse
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA Cloud
- Ability to travel up to 50% or commute to Andover, MA for periodic meetings (8 out of 20 business days per month)
