Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for TRIRIGA implementations and enhancements
• Map business processes into TRIRIGA functional workflows across multiple modules (Lease Administration, Space Management, Capital Projects, Operations & Maintenance, etc.)
• Prepare functional documentation, user stories, process flows, and create mock-ups to guide technical teams
• Support TRIRIGA upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring smooth adoption
• Work with technical teams to define and validate integrations using MREF (Maximo Integration Framework), APIs, and web services
• Participate in UAT, training, and change management activities to ensure user adoption
• Develop test strategy, test plan and test cases for system testing
• Act as a liaison between clients, functional consultants, and developers to ensure project alignment
• Ensure solutions follow IBM TRIRIGA and IWMS industry best practices

TRIRIGA Business Analyst

• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for SaaS-based solutions
• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications and product workflows
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations with internal and client stakeholders
• Develop detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use case scenarios
• Partner with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless user experience aligned with business needs
• Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management in Agile environments
• Evaluate SaaS product features, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements aligned with best practices and business strategy
• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management activities
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Ensure product design and business processes adhere to ITIL, TOGAF standards, and enterprise architecture principles

• Lead functional design and configuration of IBM TRIRIGA solutions across modules such as Space & Move Management; Operations & Maintenance; Lease administration and Accounting; Capital Projects; Energy & Environmental Sustainability
• Conduct business requirement workshops, gap analysis, and create functional specifications
• Translate client business processes into TRIRIGA functionality and provide best practice recommendations
• Guide the client on TRIRIGA capabilities, configurations, and workflows for their enterprise use cases
