About the role

  • Support and execute the global commercial strategy for Identity Proofing and Multi-Factor Authentication.
  • Facilitate action to accomplish commercial strategy by working in a matrix cross functional team (finance, product development, editorial, marketing, sales) to execute go to market strategies in the specific market area.
  • Accountable for revenue objectives in the specific market area.
  • Ensures the proper execution of strategic market area plan
  • Develop recommendations for new product concepts, product positioning, pricing, and existing product modifications to support rapid adoption within the individual market verticals, and across the overall commercial strategy.
  • Review and evaluate the market area performance on a continuous basis and establish the proper measures of performance; provide direction for modification in execution in response to prevailing business conditions.
  • Support the analysis for specific near-term commercial opportunities of major importance and the development of business cases, pricing, negotiation and contract strategies to ensure an adequate level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a view of the capability gaps facing the organization and create commercial strategy including buy/build/partner recommendations
  • Develop and recommend sales channel strategy utilizing market research and data.
  • Initiates and develops pricing strategies and policies; recommend pricing actions and promotional programs in support of market area strategy and revenue plan.

Requirements

  • Requires a BS or equivalent educational achievement.
  • Requires a minimum of 5-7 years related technical and professional experience.
  • Skills required include business acumen, strategic planning, quantitative analytical abilities, creativity, leadership and outstanding communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
