About the role
- Create visual identities and brand systems with purpose and consistency;
- Develop layouts and assets for social media, ads, and digital campaigns;
- Support the content and performance teams in creating visual materials for product launches and awareness campaigns;
- Participate in creative brainstorms and sprints, contributing ideas and references;
- Ensure all deliverables maintain visual and narrative consistency with the brand positioning.
Requirements
- Solid experience in graphic and digital design (preferably with an up-to-date portfolio);
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or Premiere);
- Strong eye for composition, typography, motion, and visual harmony;
- Good communication skills, refined aesthetic sense, and curiosity to test new approaches;
- Ability to work independently, in an organized and collaborative manner.
