About the role
- Plan and execute Bondy's marketing initiatives aligned with the company's strategy
- Collaborate with our designer to create impactful campaigns and materials
- Organize and manage company and industry events, ensuring excellence in every detail
- Develop and implement brand and product promotion activities
- Manage the paid media agency, monitoring metrics and performance
- Build inbound marketing initiatives and contribute to SEO strategies
- Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads
- Partner with the Customer Success team to map and promote customer case studies, turning results into compelling success stories
Requirements
- Experience in marketing planning and execution, especially in B2B or SaaS companies
- Experience with HRTech marketing is a plus
- Experience organizing events (corporate, in-person or virtual)
- Knowledge of inbound marketing and SEO
- Organized and process-oriented, while being communicative
- Ability to manage vendors and partners, particularly paid media agencies
- Autonomy
