About the role
- Manage and nurture relationships with leads generated through social media and other digital channels.
- Respond to inbound and outbound leads, guiding the sales process from first contact through to closing.
- Conduct proactive prospecting and engage with leads via social networks.
- Nurture cold and warm leads with strategic, personalized outreach.
- Guide the lead to schedule a meeting with the closer.
- Identify needs and present solutions, steering the lead to the most suitable product or service.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the funnel.
- Update information in the CRM, ensuring organization and tracking of each stage of the sales funnel.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Proven prior experience as a Social Seller or SDR.
- Proficiency in outreach techniques via social media and direct messaging.
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing, having worked with an expert.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with launch and perpetual (evergreen) sales models.
- Availability to work during launch periods.
- Prior involvement in launches as an SDR, Closer, or Social Seller.
- Proactive, high-energy (“220v”) profile, results-oriented with strong interpersonal communication.
