About the role Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships to drive revenue growth Assist the firm’s leader of strategic real estate relationships and report to the Senior Vice President of Operations Source opportunities through relationship, research, and network Manage the sales process from identification through closing, including preparing documentation and client follow up Manage and maintain multiple relationships with property owners, asset managers, property managers, and center managers Own and control the sales process for Reimagined Parking’s solutions within a specific territory, engaging internal/external stakeholders Maintain a detailed pipeline of activity including client, location, site size, revenue, EBITDA, and gross margin Prepare summaries and background materials prior to client meetings Write up and circulate notes on meetings conducted with prospective sites and clients Manage the contract negotiation process for new site acquisition Understand site-level performance for individual sites and complete internal requests for information from other departments Travel as required and work on special projects assigned by the head of strategic real estate partnership Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred) 3–5 years of consultative B2B sales experience in a prospecting-driven, metrics-based environment—preferably in the Parking Industry or related fields Demonstrated success in following a structured sales process and consistently closing deals Experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments, ideally involving disruptive or innovative solutions Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to diagnose complex client needs and deliver strategic, value-driven solutions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure Resilient, creative, and tenacious in pursuing new business opportunities Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; PowerPoint proficiency is a plus Fluent in spoken and written English Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit Demonstrates the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment Sales Incentive plan: Designed to provide you with an incentive to achieve exceptional growth and to reward you for closing profitable deals Generous Paid Time Off: Enjoy 20 days of paid time off, plus 8 paid holidays Comprehensive Health Plans: Access top-notch Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family Life and Disability Insurance: Company paid basic life and Short-Term Disability with additional options 401(k) Plan: Generous employer match with immediate vesting Employee Assistance Program: Access behavioral Health Care for you and your family members Parental and Caregiver Leave: Time off to support your growing family or care for loved ones Copy Applicant Tracking System Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
