About the role
- Lead parking operations focused on delivering exceptional customer service, personnel management, P&L analysis, revenue generation, direct marketing, event management, client management, business development, and team development.
- Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; provide leadership and mentorship to staff and set clear goals and expectations.
- Analyze financial data for assigned parking locations to inform budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation; implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement pricing, customer acquisition, and cost-effective operational strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers and increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate parking logistics for special events and venues to ensure seamless operations during high-traffic periods.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, address inquiries, and proactively resolve concerns to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expand the client base.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork; train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in the parking management industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Proficient in location profit and loss analysis
- Demonstrated experience in revenue generation and direct marketing
- Event management experience is a plus
- Client relationship management skills
- Business development and strategic thinking abilities
