Lead parking operations focused on delivering exceptional customer service, personnel management, P&L analysis, revenue generation, direct marketing, event management, client management, business development, and team development.
Ensure an exceptional and seamless customer experience for every parker.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; provide leadership and mentorship to staff and set clear goals and expectations.
Analyze financial data for assigned parking locations to inform budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation; implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement pricing, customer acquisition, and cost-effective operational strategies.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers and increase brand visibility.
Coordinate parking logistics for special events and venues to ensure seamless operations during high-traffic periods.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients, address inquiries, and proactively resolve concerns to meet and exceed client expectations.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expand the client base.
Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork; train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in the parking management industry with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
Proficient in location profit and loss analysis
Demonstrated experience in revenue generation and direct marketing
Event management experience is a plus
