About the role

  • Responsible for growth and market leadership of the burn care franchise; develop and execute HCP marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial performance across burn centers and hospitals.
  • Lead key brand initiatives and programs to optimize brand performance.
  • Develop deep understanding of the product portfolio, including competitive landscapes, sales processes, and market forces to inform long-term strategic brand planning.
  • Implement strategic and tactical product marketing plans to ensure optimal business results.
  • Manage national and regional conferences strategy and sponsorship execution; support conference planning, speaker programs, and peer-to-peer engagement activities.
  • Partner with sales and medical teams to identify, engage, and partner with burn care key opinion leaders (KOLs); lead promotional campaigns, educational content, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Create and maintain sales tools, training materials, and messaging guides to support field execution; analyze sales performance and customer feedback to refine messaging and tactics.
  • Refresh and manage product positioning, messaging, and differentiation throughout product lifecycle.
  • Allocate resources and manage a multi-million dollar annual brand budget; monitor program progress and report to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting or managing in pharmaceutical, biotech, consulting or similarly regulated industry.
  • Experience in burn care, wound care, cell therapy or rare disease therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Veeva Promo Mats and Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes.
  • Strong technical/analytical skills to identify and solve problems.
  • Ability to develop analysis and presentations with standard tools (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; strong time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to interface with all levels of management and multiple departments.
  • Track record for completing assignments on-time and on-budget.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and incorporate diverse perspectives into project decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial with a bias toward action; resourceful, tenacious and results oriented.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, small-company environment.
  • Preferred: Experience developing market/product forecasting based on market research output.
