Oversees overall group sales activity and ensures the group is meeting sales goals
Oversees the development of national corporate marketing plans, advertising, and sales/business development initiatives related to meeting company’s annual and long-term initiatives to drive revenue and sales
Oversees advertisement, marketing campaigns, client communications, sales promotions, direct mail, social media, press releases, and online presence
Maintains advanced understanding of all product offerings and effectively communicates the benefits of these products to associates and customers
Ensures compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
Develops department's long-term, strategic objectives and oversees implementation
Establishes goals and objectives for the division and evaluates and measures the division’s performance against these goals and objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Twelve (12) years of consumer sales or related experience
Marketing experience
Management experience
Preference will be given to applicants with 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, including team management and strategic planning
