About the role
- Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs that enhance sales team skills and performance aligned with company strategy
- Conduct assessments to identify training needs across all sales levels from new hire to senior management
- Ensure deep understanding of solutions and content to educate sellers on relevant solutions
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales management and one-on-one as applicable
- Oversee delivery strategy of instructor-led programs and ensure quality facilitation and positive learning environment
- Audit sales training programs to ensure alignment with company strategies and objectives
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Sales team members to ensure consistency in commercial training roadmaps
- Track and analyze sales performance pre- and post-training to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain understanding of sales techniques, industry trends, vendor programs, sales tools, and systems to introduce innovative solutions
- Central role in upscaling teams and driving transformation across all sales levels
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales training and coaching, preferably in a senior sales role
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing or equivalent professional experience (Master’s degree a plus)
- Must be based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin HQ and on-site 3 days a week
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Experience facilitating Sales Methodology Trainings; Imparta experience a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Track record of delivering best-in-class training, both face-to-face and virtual
- Proven experience to lead, motivate, and inspire teams to drive transformation at all sales levels
- Strong problem solving, time management and organization skills
- Proficiency in using training and sales software and tools
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Relevant certifications in sales training or coaching are a plus
- Willingness to travel <25-30% globally
