About the role
- Deliver dynamic instructor-led training sessions across hybrid formats (in-person and virtual), ensuring engaging and effective knowledge transfer through the use of gamification, interactive elements, and multimedia techniques
- Travel up to 60% of the time to deliver on-site training programs, workshops, and certification sessions at customer and partner locations
- Design and facilitate immersive training experiences that incorporate edutainment principles, making complex technical concepts accessible and memorable for diverse audiences
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging training sessions that maximize participant retention and application
- Develop and deliver technical training programs focused on Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations, software training, and data platform concepts
- Adapt training delivery methods based on audience needs, learning objectives, and format requirements (virtual vs. in-person)
- Collaborate with content development teams to ensure training materials translate effectively across different delivery formats
- Track and analyze training effectiveness metrics, gathering feedback to continuously improve program delivery and participant engagement
- Support certification program delivery, including hands-on labs, assessments, and practical application exercises
- Partner with customer success and partner enablement teams to ensure training programs drive adoption and maximize platform value
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in technical training delivery with a proven track record of success
- Extensive experience delivering instructor-led training in both virtual and in-person formats
- Strong background in Customer Data Platform (CDP) training and implementation
- Proven expertise in software training and data platform education
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate edutainment techniques, gamification, and interactive elements into training programs
- Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort with extensive travel requirements (up to 60% travel)
- Strong adaptability skills to deliver consistent training experiences across different environments and formats
