The Senior Manager of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) will lead teams overseeing the improvement and standardization of SIOP processes for Regal Rexnord’s Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) Segment ($2.7B).
This role involves collaborating across departments and divisions to develop strategic plans on supply chain planning technology roadmap, continuous improvement of SIOP processes, and developing planning skillsets and talent.
SIOP Process Leadership: Oversee the Segment SIOP processes, ensuring that demand planning, supply planning, and inventory forecasts are properly managed, analyzed, communicated, and plans aligned to business goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key Demand Planning and Supply Planning leadership to introduce SIOP concepts and best practices that support Divisional business objectives
Supply Chain Planning Technology: Partners with Supply Chain Technology team members to develop a multi-year technology roadmap and implement strategies that align with supply chain objectives and overall business goals.
Analytical Tools: Develop roadmap of analytical tools and capabilities that support SIOP decision-making and what-if scenario-building
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for inventory optimization, production scheduling, and resource allocation
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance SIOP effectiveness and efficiency
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of SIOP analysts and planners, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate SIOP objectives, plans, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in supply chain operations and partner with Divisional planning leaders to develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions
Travel: Up to 25% Domestic and International travel is required for this position
Requirements
Qualifications: BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering. MBA and or PMP certification are both a plus
Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience with key focus on forecasting concepts and techniques
Strong analytical skills and ability to apply basic statistical concepts
Experience with end-to-end supply chain planning tools including forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, capacity management, and SIOP solutions
Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Planning Tools (Demantra), and Analytical Dashboards (Power BI)
Demonstrated experience in applying lean tools
