Report to the Regional Director and lead and execute all efforts required to achieve individual store goals.
Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve business performance when needed.
Own operational execution of the store to achieve revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.
Use business acumen to understand business drivers and build solutions.
Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals and deliver elevated client experiences as a brand ambassador, educating customers on sustainability.
Lead the sales floor, assist customers, monitor client interaction with the team and technology, and provide in-the-moment coaching.
Create optimal balance of sales and service through effective scheduling while achieving payroll goals.
Deliver and maintain extraordinary customer experience NPS scores.
Uphold inventory accuracy and controls, lead and train the team on inventory deliverables, and contribute to loss prevention.
Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization of the selling floor.
Lead merchandising presentation and concept standards using retail and product reporting; provide feedback to corporate partners to influence allocations.
Manage day-to-day performance of retail teams, hiring, training, development, performance feedback, reviews, development plans, and disciplinary/corrective action.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years Retail Experience required.
Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience required.
Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
Drive to take on new challenges with self-motivation for continuous personal and team development.
Ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential.
Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize results and identify opportunities for improvement.
