About the role
- Act as the bridge between global enablement strategy and Large Customer Sales (LCS) seller needs.
- Design, adapt, and deliver enablement programs that accelerate pipeline growth and increase average deal size.
- Build trusted partnerships with LCS sales leaders and represent seller needs in global enablement forums.
- Align enablement to the sales process and buyer journey with persona-focused, channel-specific guidance and just-in-time resources.
- Partner with sales leadership to design programs that move key metrics like pipeline velocity, seller ramp time, and campaign adoption.
- Embed community, cultural, and audience insights into training so sellers can confidently position Reddit’s differentiated value.
- Adapt and pilot global initiatives (onboarding, tooling rollouts, manager coaching) to fit LCS needs.
- Use data, adoption analytics, and AI tools to surface timely guidance and prioritize seller focus.
- Define enablement success metrics, gather field feedback, and iterate to improve impact.
- Act as connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to ensure alignment and execution speed.
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership—experience in LCS or commercial segments strongly preferred.
- Skilled in building and delivering enablement programs that improve performance and revenue outcomes.
- Exceptional facilitator and communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven and fluent in using metrics, dashboards, and AI-powered insights to diagnose needs and evaluate outcomes.
- Experienced working cross-functionally in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise sales environments.
- Proficient in enablement tools (Highspot, Gong, LMS), Salesforce, and analytics platforms.
- Committed to inclusive, accessible learning design that meets diverse seller needs.
- Required to be in office 1-2x/month and must be based in New York City, Chicago, or San Francisco.
