Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and banking partners
Identify opportunities for growth and deliver tailored financial solutions
Work independently to meet revenue, volume, and market share objectives
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Engage directly with clients, including in-person meetings 3–4 days per week
Provide culturally relevant financial guidance and support to Korean-speaking clients and partners
Collaborate with banking partners and internal teams as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of relevant sales experience
Bilingual, English and Korean
Thorough knowledge of sales and sales strategies
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills
Effective customer service/relations skills
Thorough knowledge of banking products/services, banking operations, and current market trends
Ability to make important decisions independently
Strong in-person presence in the La Palma, CA area; attend in-person meetings 3–4 days per week
Willingness/ability to undergo background checks and comply with E-Verify and other regulatory requirements (FINRA, NMLS, OFAC, Bank Secrecy Act, SAFE Act, etc.)
Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
