About the role
- Manage Cash Management Agreement (CMA) accounts and clients across the CRE footprint
- Manage day-to-day operations, account setups, audits, and treasury management services
- Function as direct customer interface and liaison with various Bank departments
- Analyze financial data
- Assist Deposit Relationship Manager in preparing proposals, identifying customer needs and making appropriate referrals
- Ensure accurate and thorough account and product implementation
- Assist in training process of new clients and products
- Co-manage or independently manage client relationships at higher levels
- Travel approximately 30% for client meetings and related duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of depository or treasury management experience
- Thorough knowledge of deposit products and treasury management services
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through and initiative
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Travel requirement: Approximately 30% travel
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
