Account Executive

• Own and manage a portfolio of U.S. federal civilian agency accounts
• Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned to agency missions and modernization priorities
• Identify, qualify, and close new business within civilian agencies
• Manage the full sales cycle from early-stage opportunity development through contract award
• Build trusted relationships with program managers, contracting officers, contracting officer representatives (CORs), and technical stakeholders
• Navigate civilian acquisition vehicles (e.g., GSA MAS, Schedule 70, CIO-SP4, Alliant, SEWP, T4NG, OASIS, BPAs)
• Work closely with system integrators, OEM partners, and resellers to drive joint pursuits
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and opportunity tracking in CRM
• Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and customer success teams
• Represent the company at civilian-focused industry events, forums, and agency briefings

Account Executive – Civilian

Manager

• Fulfill all post-sale administrative functions for Red River customers and vendor purchase orders to include contract review, sales order creation, purchase order creation and placement, tracking orders until complete, and notifying Finance when orders can be invoiced
• Timely processing of RMAs with customers and vendors ensuring excellent communication with all applicable parties
• Detailed communication with Sales teams and Sales Operations on the status of open orders
• Work closely with Finance to help ensure seamless accounts receivable and accounts payable activity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all our vendors and look for opportunities to improve our processes with key vendors
• Partner with internal warehouse & logistics teams to manage shipment to customers & disposition aged inventory
• Look for opportunities to leverage and maximize Red River’s buying power
• Ensure maintenance of internal documentation to adhere to company and governmental policies
• Adhere to ISO 9001, and specifically, Supply Chain Manual, and Supply Chain Risk Management procedures
• Seek out and drive opportunities to improve supply chain processes and/or make them more efficient
• Assist in Red River asset procurement
• Assist in maintaining internal documentation to adhere to company and governmental policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all our vendors

Order Manager

• Proactively identify and engage new prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and targeted campaigns
• Leverage your existing rolodex of CXO and IT executive relationships to create pipeline
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, including qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and final contract execution
• Represent Red River at industry events, partner conferences, and executive briefings
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of Managed Services opportunities in CRM
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Service Delivery teams to design tailored Managed Services solutions
• Present and explain complex service offerings in a clear, value-driven way to executive level stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and IT Directors)
• Partner with Marketing to refine messaging and contribute feedback that strengthens go-to-market strategies
• Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities

Account Executive – Managed Services Sales

Supply Chain

• Review contracts, PO’s, sales orders, and purchase documents
• Fulfill all pre & post-sale administrative functions for Red River customers and vendor purchase orders to include contract review, sales order creation, purchase order creation
• Detailed communication with Sales team, Sales Operations and Compliance to understand customer contract requirements as relates to supply chain activities
• Review all sales orders provided to Supply Chain and ensure compliance with the pertinent contract
• Convert sales orders to purchase orders and assign to the appropriate Buyer
• Maintain communication and documentation with Sales team and Project Managers regarding order status
• Work with Project Managers to execute funding details
• Facilitate communication between multiple departments to ensure efficient processing of purchase orders and invoices
• Adhere to ISO 9001, Supply Chain Manual, and Supply Chain Risk Management procedures
• Work closely with Finance to ensure seamless accounts receivable and accounts payable activity.
• Partner with internal warehouse & logistics teams to manage shipments to customers & disposition aged inventory
• Seek out and drive opportunities to improve supply chain processes

Associate, Supply Chain – Contract Review

• Reviewing contracts, PO’s, sales orders, and purchase document to meet the specific needs of Red River’s contractual agreements
• Drive continuous improvement within the department and with the other teams within Red River
• Fulfill all pre & post-sale administrative functions for Red River customers and vendor purchase orders to include contract review, sales order creation, purchase order creation
• Detailed communication with Sales team, Sales Operations and Compliance to develop a deep understanding of customer contract requirements as relates to supply chain activities
• Review all sales orders provided to Supply Chain and ensure they contain the required information needed to be compliant with the pertinent contract
• Convert sales orders to purchase orders and assign to the appropriate Buyer
• Maintain detailed communication and documentation with Sales team and Project Managers regarding order status in an effective and timely manner
• Work with Project Managers, when required, to execute funding details
• Facilitate communication between multiple departments (e.g. Sales to Accounting, Sales to Compliance) to better ensure efficient and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices
