Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals
Contribute to project documentation and diagrams, including quality assurance (QA) and ticket and bug management
Mentor and share knowledge with customers
Lead the strategy and guide the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve the cloud life cycle
Support the development and review of complex task lists, providing expert guidance on project scoping and ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives
Design and advocate solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods

Requirements

6-8+ years in a related technology position, e.g., sales, consulting, operations, development, etc
3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform or Kubernetes
3+ years of experience with automation frameworks and tools like Puppet, Chef, Salt, or Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
Thorough knowledge of network functions virtualization (NFV) and cloud software-defined networking (SDN)
Experience with networking technologies including VLANs, routing protocols, IPAM solutions, and Load Balancers
Experience with storage systems like FiberChannel (and/or FCOE), iSCSI, or other Software Defined Storage technologies
Extensive experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration and design
Knowledge of Virtualization technologies (networking, storage) such as KVM, Physical-2-Virt, and Virt-v2v
Experience in Financial Services or Insurance.
