Architect

• Leads multiple project teams of other thermal and mechanical hardware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of mechanical and thermal development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, validation, tooling and testing.
• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.
• Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on mechanical and thermal design and development.
• Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality.
• Provides domain-specific expertise and overall mechanical/thermal leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
• Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the mechanical and thermal design organization.
• Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff members.

Thermal Architect

• Performs full scope of architectural services including concept design, building code analysis reports, construction drawings and specifications, detailing, and support during permitting, bidding, and construction
• Conducts detailed investigation of current conditions, prepares documentation and reports
• Coordinates and reviews disciplines in an integrated project approach to help ensure all aspects of design and implementation are cohesive and aligned
• Provides recommendations and consults on building materials selection
• Ensures building and site aesthetics are incorporated within the design and are based on project requirements
• Provides construction support, review of shop drawings and prepares RFIs and addendum

Senior Architect, Environmental Infrastructure

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the organization
• Define end-to-end system architecture integrating Dynamics with enterprise systems and third-party platforms
• Develop and maintain ETL data processes to move and transform data across different systems
• Experience working with custom-coded applications using .NET, C#, Azure, and modern development frameworks
• Extend Dynamics capabilities beyond low-code solutions with advanced customization, plugins, and integrations
• Architect solutions supporting call center operations, including case management, omnichannel engagement, and telephony integrations
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clinical operations, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Establish and enforce best practices for development, deployment, and system integration

Dynamics Architect

• Define and own application-level architecture across an assigned application portfolio, including solution structure, component design, data models, and integration patterns
• Translate enterprise architectural standards set by the Principal Architect into technical designs that engineering teams can implement
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and design decisions for engineering squads, serving as the primary point of technical escalation
• Lead architectural design sessions, code reviews, and technical evaluations to ensure consistency and quality across the application portfolio
• Design and govern .NET and Blazor application patterns, component libraries, and UI/UX architecture using Telerik component frameworks
• Define and maintain SQL Server data architecture, including schema design, query optimization strategies, and data access patterns
• Author and maintain architecture documentation, design standards, and technical decision records (TDRs)
• Mentor engineers across experience levels, building technical capability within the team
• Evaluate and recommend tooling, frameworks, and libraries aligned with the technology roadmap
• Collaborate with the Principal Architect on the progressive migration roadmap toward Azure cloud services
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into sound technical designs
• Identify and mitigate technical risk, including performance, scalability, maintainability, and security concerns

Application Architect

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and the Teamcenter end user community at large.
• Lead functional solution architecture and PLM strategy discussions, positioning Siemens Xcelerator solutions.
• Provide demos of functionality and evangelize customer capability that has been built in the system to potential new stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, guide, and capture business requirements.
• Own the translation of business requirements into scalable Teamcenter solution designs, including data models, workflows, lifecycle processes, and system integrations.
• Evaluate business/technical requirements for Teamcenter requested functionality and provide level of effort estimation to support sprint planning and costing.
• Design end-to-end business processes that leverage the Siemens Xcelerator ecosystem, integrating Teamcenter with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, ALM, and supply chain platforms.
• Design and architect Teamcenter solution capabilities including: BMIDE data model architecture and business object configuration strategies Server-side extension approaches utilizing ITK handlers, exits, and custom services SOA-based service architecture and service orchestration patterns Workflow templates and enterprise process automation design Custom actions, configurable business rules, and validation frameworks Reporting architectures and data extraction/cleansing strategies
• Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit, integration, and system testing ensuring application quality and functionality stay in spec.
• Assist development teams in diagnosing and resolving complex configuration or customization issues.
• Develop functional architecture and solution design documentation, including system workflows, process diagrams, and capability roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with Teamcenter developers and engineers to guide the implementation of customizations and ensure solutions align with architectural design.
• Evangelize best practices for PLM usage and digital engineering processes, helping organizations maximize the value of Teamcenter.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Teamcenter functionality and best practices.
• Remain current on Siemens Teamcenter and Siemens Xcelerator platform developments, industry best practices, and digital engineering methodologies.

Teamcenter Functional Architect

• Lead Agile transformation for Defense programs transitioning from traditional SDLC and ITSM practices to modern Agile ways of working.
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile practices that accelerate delivery and improve mission results.
• Architect modern technical solutions across Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, automation, observability, and ITSM workflows.
• Strengthen proposals by developing technical narratives, solution graphics, win themes, and compliant architectures aligned to DoD evaluation criteria.
• Deliver workshops and training that help government and contractor teams adopt sustainable Agile and DevSecOps practices.
• Shape reusable assets and reference architectures that raise delivery quality across DoD IT Modernization programs.

Agile Transformation Architect

• Assist Project Architects, Project Designers, and Project Managers in the execution of specific assignments.
• Prepare and manage documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Create, develop, and implement design and detailing solutions.
• Assist Project Leaders with client coordination and project coordination.
• Support contract administration by reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs.
• Research materials, systems, and construction methods to support design intent.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers while receiving guidance from firm leadership.
