About the role

  • Co-lead innovation lab with a focused mandate for rapid ideation and experimentation.
  • Lead a small cross-functional team developing an AI-powered approach to creating leading work.
  • Develop breakthrough AI solutions for our portfolio of clients.
  • Help lead an experimental AI-focused team (RA Lab) alongside a Creative Technologist to innovate and break existing agency paradigms and processes.
  • Be a visionary practitioner: be hands-on in creative process, prompt engineering, and prototyping; actively shape concepts from spark to execution.
  • Translate emerging AI capabilities into tangible, value-driving opportunities for clients.
  • Collaborate with strategists, creative technologists, and developers to design bespoke AI applications for marketing, branding, and storytelling.
  • Lead internal workshops and innovation sprints to identify AI adoption opportunities and generate future-forward creative strategies.
  • Mentor creative teams and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
