About the role

  • Remote part-time role for a growing property investment consultancy; 5 to 10 hours per week.
  • Organise invoices and business documents in one place.
  • Track subscription and compliance renewals (ICO, Companies House, insurance, software).
  • Maintain presentation templates, brochures, and business documents.
  • Research and book networking/property events.
  • General admin: filing, scheduling, document formatting.
  • Provide regular updates on completed work and proactively suggest tasks.
  • Potential future growth: CRM management (Property Engine / Podio), streamlining mail merge/DTV campaigns and automations (e.g. Zapier), supporting marketing (social media posts, website content, lead magnets).

Requirements

  • Tech savvy
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Canva a bonus).
  • Previous VA/PA or admin experience preferred.
  • Interest in property/investment is a plus.
  • Proactive and communicative – not afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements.
