About the role

  • Enable the delivery of best-in-any-class launches and consumer experiences through a Consumer-First Go to Market strategy.
  • Build consumer marketing capabilities of Distribution and Promotion (D&P) Alliance partners to elevate integrated consumer-first marketing and PESO strategies.
  • Provide guidance to alliance partners to design integrated end-to-end consumer marketing plans.
  • Partner with global and IBU Central Marketing teams to understand effective consumer media plans.
  • Establish frameworks, structure, processes, and governance for working with Alliance partners.
  • Coach partners on areas of opportunity and provide guidance for successful execution of DSE campaigns.
  • Share best practices across Alliance partners and geographies.

Requirements

  • Relevant education and experience in consumer marketing.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing consumer marketing strategies.
  • Minimum five years of consumer marketing and analytics experience
  • Experience in leading different patient activation/consumer projects
  • Strong communication skills and listening skills
  • Ability to be data-driven and think strategically and creatively
  • Market research experience
  • Generate consumer insights from data analytics and market research
  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership, influence without authority and collaboration
  • MBA is a plus
