About the role
- Represent RecordPoint as a Records Management and Information Governance Subject Matter Expert
- Engage with customers to guide adoption of the RecordPoint platform
- Build relationships and instill trust with clients regarding services and platform
- Stay up to date on records management, information governance and AI trends
- Troubleshoot and log tickets and provide client progress updates
- Conduct consultations to gather and document client requirements and success criteria
- Create and maintain standard solution designs and align designs to client needs
- Collaborate with development teams on enhancements or customisations
- Resolve issues during implementation and support project managers to overcome deployment challenges
- Evaluate and translate business requirements into business outcomes
- Train customers and team members; create and update user guides and technical documentation
- Drive multiple initiatives to completion, contribute to project planning, estimating and pre-sales as needed
Requirements
- Experience or Certification in Records Management, Business Information Systems or Data Cyber Security
- 3-5 years of experience implementing SharePoint and ECM/EDRMS solutions
- 1+ years experience working as a consultant in a client-facing environment OR considerable customer service background
- Strong client engagement and communication skills
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable RecordPoint-aligned solutions
- Experience with implementation, migration and integration of records solutions
- Experience training customers and creating technical/user documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot and log tickets and follow through to resolution
- Self-starter mindset and commitment to customer success
