Solutions Engineer

• Work with customers of all sizes to identify their pain points and use-cases that RecordPoint can assist with
• Identify novel use-cases, and design and build effective solutions and material for these
• Present to customers, both in person and remotely, to demonstrate our platform and solutions
• Create and develop technical solutions and POCs, leveraging the engineering team where needed
• Prepare commercial proposals and respond to RFPs, RFIs and other proposal requests
• Work with the sales teams to chase leads, convert customers, grow sales and upsell to existing clients
• Assist with identifying product enhancements and sharing these with the product, marketing and engineering teams
• Engage with existing customers to accelerate deployment and contribute to successful outcomes
• Promote RecordPoint and its developer platform at events, including conferences, tech meetups and user meetups
• Continuously develop, maintain and enhance technical sales assets and materials, and internal documentation
• Assist with the qualification of potential leads where technical expertise is required

AI Orchestration Engineer

Account Manager

• drive expansion revenue
• own and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts in North America
• build and maintain a qualified expansion pipeline to consistently achieve quota
• manage full sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close
• partner with CX to identify buying signals, whitespace, and risk indicators within existing accounts
• execute targeted account-based motions (ABM) to engage new stakeholders and unlock expansion paths
• multithread across the organization, expanding beyond initial buyer personas (e.g., CISO, CDO, AI leaders)
• develop and present outcome-based business cases grounded in customer data (risk reduction, cost avoidance, efficiency gains)
• work with SEs to deliver compelling product demonstrations aligned to customer priorities
• apply MEDDPICC to qualify deals, manage risk, and improve forecast accuracy
• maintain Salesforce as a source of truth with accurate pipeline and forecasting hygiene
• use sales intelligence and engagement tools to improve targeting and execution
• work in lockstep with CX to balance relationship health with commercial outcomes
• contribute market feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy
• represent RecordPoint in customer-facing events as needed

Project Manager

• The Project Manager (PM) will work closely with Account Managers to be a primary contact for our customers during the delivery phase, dedicated to overseeing the client engagement lifecycle from initiation to renewal.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies that align with client goals and RecordPoint’s offerings, ensuring strong positive customer experiences, satisfaction and retention.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of communication and managing client expectations throughout the engagement.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling within the client accounts while ensuring the delivery of continuous value through our solutions and services.
• Possess the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, demonstrating a strong focus on results and a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.
• Deliver implementation projects on-time and on-budget with a highly positive customer experience.
• Document, coordinate, and monitor implementation projects from kick-off through to production go-live.

Full-stack Engineer

• Engage in hands-on development across full Software Development Lifecycle.
• Participate in the design, delivery and documentation of RecordPoint solutions to customers.
• Support our Cloud based SaaS service and build an understanding of the deployment models for both RecordPoint Cloud & Hybrid solutions.
• Perform engineering analysis of product and provide sound decision making for software engineering and product development.
• Ensure technical designs are well documented, kept up to date and communicated across the engineering team.
• Ensure code is maintained and testable through automated testing frameworks.
• Keep abreast of technology trends and incorporate new standards and technology into the product where appropriate.
• Work alongside other engineers, participating in engineering meetings and assisting other team members where required.
• Develop your productivity skills by learning source control, editors, the build system, AI practices, and other tools as well as testing best practices.
• Become a subject matter owner of components within our architecture.
