• Make 40+ outbound calls daily to automotive dealers and dealer groups
• Qualify decision-makers (GM, Fixed Ops, Marketing, Ownership)
• Deliver a tight, confident value message in under 60 seconds
• Handle objections without freezing or rambling
• Execute multi-touch follow-up (calls, voicemails, emails, LinkedIn)
• Book qualified demos and hand off clean notes to sales
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and outcomes
• Hit daily activity goals and weekly demo targets-consistently

Business Development Representative

Director

• Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and strategic accounts.
• Build executive-level relationships with dealership groups, OEM partners, and key decision-makers.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Conduct product demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Partner with Business Development, Performance Managers, Client Success, and Marketing to support client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting within Salesforce.
• Represent Recall Masters at industry events and conferences.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership.
