Director of Strategic Accounts

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and strategic accounts.
- Build executive-level relationships with dealership groups, OEM partners, and key decision-makers.
- Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Conduct product demonstrations and executive presentations.
- Partner with Business Development, Performance Managers, Client Success, and Marketing to support client acquisition and retention.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting within Salesforce.
- Represent Recall Masters at industry events and conferences.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of automotive, dealership, SaaS, or enterprise sales experience
- Proven success closing complex sales opportunities
- Experience working with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and executive leadership
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
- Ability to travel as needed.
