• Identify and secure fairs, expos, and event opportunities across medical, wellness, beauty, and sports segments.
• Develop and execute brand activations such as pop-ups, retail collaborations, and consumer experiences that express Flowell’s personality and promise.
• Translate brand strategy into multi-sensory, emotional, and visually compelling experiences that connect and convert.
• Plan, organize, and execute all event logistics from A to Z: location scouting, booth design, staffing, setup, and teardown.
• Lead the operational side of Flowell’s U.S. fair and event presence with excellence and precision.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure every detail reflects the Flowell brand.
• Build and manage a national pool of trained freelance staff to support local activations and ensure smooth event execution across the U.S.
• Represent Flowell as the human face of the brand — empathetic, confident, and inspiring.
• Educate potential customers about compression therapy and Flowell’s benefits in a relatable, empowering way.
• Evaluate event ROI and continuously optimize based on performance and learnings.

Brand Experience Manager

• As Country Manager France, you will drive the growth of our brands Reboots and Venen Engel in the French market — combining local market understanding, operational strength and enthusiasm for our products.
• Localize and implement the marketing strategy for France — with a focus on growth and brand building.
• Build a deep market understanding: target audiences, competitors, trends and cultural nuances.
• Performance marketing (Meta, Google): support and operationally optimize campaigns to meet KPI and ROAS targets.
• Responsible for SEO & content initiatives to increase organic traffic.
• Manage and grow organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Translate, adapt and test creatives, landing pages and emails for the French market.
• Plan and execute brand marketing activities: sponsorships, partnerships and events.
• Build and manage local partners and freelancers, as well as PR and influencer collaborations.
• Define and monitor KPIs, revenue and performance targets — including regular reporting to HQ.
• Work closely with performance, brand and content teams in Germany.
