• Own the entire B2B sales cycle, from lead generation through successful closing
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in Office Management, HR, Procurement, Facilities, and Executive Management
• Work closely on account planning and targeted qualification of the outbound pipeline
• Conduct on-site tastings at customer locations
• Independently manage the pipeline and relevant processes in HubSpot
• Actively share knowledge and continuously develop the joint sales approach
• Represent ReDrink at industry events, networking events, and trade fairs

• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at various levels, including Office Management, HR, Procurement, Facilities, and executive leadership
• Work closely with the team on account planning and targeted qualification of the outbound pipeline
• Conduct on-site tastings for customers as part of the sales process and to strengthen customer relationships
• Independently manage the pipeline and all relevant processes in HubSpot
• Actively share knowledge within the team and continuously develop our collaborative sales approach
• Represent ReDrink at industry conferences, networking events, and trade fairs

• Full-cycle sales: cold outreach, lead qualification, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closing
• Field sales and direct sales, with regular customer meetings in Munich, Berlin, or other DACH locations
• Follow-up and independent pipeline management through to closing
• Networking through events, referrals, and spontaneous conversations to generate leads
• Contribute ideas to optimize sales strategies and support market development
• Bring ReDrink solutions to workplaces and convince prospective customers of their value
