About the role
- Join cross-functional development team owning and driving continuous improvement of platforms
- Take platform to next level and contribute to shaping a new game studio
- Design and implement backend services, frontend UI, data models, messaging, and API specs
- Research new technologies and participate in architectural decisions
- Work in a test-driven development environment and write high-quality, maintainable code
- Perform functional requirements analysis and produce documentation
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to deliver features
- Track requests, issues, and work progress via project management tools
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, code changes, and perform code reviews
Requirements
- Highly motivated, well organized, with excellent communication skills
- Proven track record in developing successful platforms
- Designing and implementing backend services, frontend UI, data models, messaging, and API specs
- Research new technologies and take part of architectural decisions
- Work in a test-driven development environment (TDD)
- Write code with performance, reliability, and maintainability in mind
- Perform functional requirements analysis
- Write high-quality code and documentation
- Work closely with other developers, QA, and product team members
- Apply analytical skills and be committed to quality
- Help track requests, issues, work progress, and any other changes using project management tools
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Manage code changes and perform code reviews
