• Manage the process following game certification through the AMMS governmental process to launch.
• Deliver KPIs, Metrics, status reports to management
• Bring a continuous improvement mindset in terms of customer satisfaction and support.
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.
• Managing customer requests and needs.
• Share knowledge in the teams and help contribute to an open and creative work environment.
