About the role
- Support product validation and development by testing prototypes and analysing performance data
- Plan and perform validation tests for existing and new products
- Set up, operate, and monitor test equipment, robots and automation tools
- Ensure all tests are executed safely, accurately and on schedule
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineering teams to align testing with project milestones
- Record, analyze and interpret test data to identify patterns, anomalies, or failures
- Prepare clear test reports with findings and recommendations
- Support root cause analysis in collaboration with engineering and quality teams
- Develop and refine test procedures and documentation
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance test efficiency and accuracy
- Contribute to the design of automated testing workflows and data visualization
- Partner with Design and Manufacturing teams during product development and launch
- Proactively anticipate and manage risks throughout the product development lifecycle
- Coordinate logistics related to test materials, prototypes, fixtures and tools
- Track inventory and ensure availability of required test resources
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in validation, QA, NPI, or Engineering Support role
- Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical or related field
- Practical experience with mechanical, electrical and electronic systems in a laboratory, manufacturing and/or R&D environment
- Proficiency in test instrumentation, data acquisition and analysis tools (eg, Excel)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Good understanding on algorithms, Software & System design, Device & Platform
- Excellent communication skills, able to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
