About the role
- You will work directly with the founding team on growth marketing, communications, and acquisition
- Launch targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn outreach, automated sequences)
- Monitor and A/B test outreach sequences
- Qualify and nurture leads via HubSpot, Intercom, or Customer.io
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and produce reports
- Create content for LinkedIn
- Create, send, and optimize newsletters (Customer.io or HubSpot)
- Monitor performance KPIs
- Help organize Tech/HR events
- Handle event logistics and pre/post-event communications
- Publish and edit A/B-tested pages on Webflow
- Optimize content for SEO
- Create marketing assets
- Manage social channels (Facebook, Instagram, X)
- Produce graphics using Figma, Canva, or similar tools
Requirements
- You are curious, analytical, and autonomous

- You can define a clear analytics approach (not just execute, but understand why and improve)
- You have a strong sense for content and an interest in design or branding
