Key Account Manager – International, US Focus

Growth Marketing

• You will work directly with the founding team on growth marketing, communications, and acquisition
• Launch targeted outbound campaigns (email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, automated sequences)
• Monitor and A/B test sequences
• Qualify and nurture leads via HubSpot, Intercom, or Customer.io
• Track performance analytically and produce reports
• Create LinkedIn content related to our news, offers, and HR & Tech trends
• Create, send, and optimize newsletters (Customer.io or HubSpot)
• Monitor performance KPIs: open rates, clicks, impressions, conversions, etc.
• Participate in organizing Tech/HR events, online or in-person
• Handle event logistics and pre/post-event communications
• Manage social channels: Facebook, Instagram, and X
• Publish and edit A/B-tested pages on Webflow
• Optimize SEO for content (blog, product pages, etc.) and create marketing assets
