About the role
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the Partner Consulting organization, aligning it with Ramp’s growth goals, enterprise expansion, and AI-led initiatives.
- Collaborate with Channel, Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Partners to advocate for product & integration development in line with customer & partner needs
- Help partners build service packages targeted at Ramp customers and identify opportunities for client advisory services or managed services that will incentivize partners to sell Ramp to their clients.
- Establish operating cadences, KPIs, and resourcing models to evaluate the impact of Partner Consultant involvement on channel goals and headcount needed to meet growth targets.
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on technical excellence, partner advocacy, and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Channel-focused leadership roles, with 3+ years managing or mentoring technical partnership teams.
- Proven track record of scaling partner or professional services programs for SaaS or fintech organizations (experience with GSIs and ISVs strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute scalable partner enablement and implementation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with AI-driven SaaS or automation tools and their impact on professional services delivery.
- Strong understanding of financial workflows, ERP systems, and accounting integrations.
- Prior experience working in or with large global consulting firms.
