About the role Manage relationships and provide training for key partners, including national accounts Support contract submission, validation, and maintenance processes for fitness partners Anticipate partner and customer needs, and proactively develop solutions Conduct network analysis and contribute to strategy development and execution Resolve member and gym escalations with timely, effective outcomes Deliver clear, consistent communication and training to external partners Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in ambiguous or evolving business contexts Apply knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics to support fitness partnerships and member experience (if applicable) Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in client management, partnerships or operations 2+ years of experience in contract submission, validation, and maintenance Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bonuses
