About the role
- Support the development and execution of partner enablement programs that improve performance and drive measurable impact.
- Deliver engaging training content across onboarding, product enablement, and skills development.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement to ensure alignment and consistency across initiatives.
- Manage enablement content and resources within learning management systems (LMS) and enablement platforms.
- Leverage dashboards, reporting, and analytics to monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Assist with program and project management to ensure initiatives are executed successfully and on schedule.
- Engage directly with partners to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and accelerate their success.
Requirements
- Experience working with channel resellers, value-added resellers, or distribution organizations.
- Background in enablement, with the ability to design and deliver impactful programs.
- Experience in program or project management, supporting the delivery of initiatives.
- Understanding of training program structures and how to scale them effectively.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Strong business acumen and sound judgment, with the ability to align enablement initiatives with partner needs and company objectives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for partners, curiosity to understand their challenges, and drive to support their long-term success.
