About the role

  • Lead the development and implementation of the company’s ESG strategy.
  • Monitor ESG trends and reporting frameworks for compliance.
  • Partner with functional teams to identify ESG improvements.
  • Oversee preparation and publication of ESG reports.
  • Develop and execute a proactive investor relations strategy.
  • Build relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
  • Prepare ESG-related investor materials and presentations.
  • Collaborate with communications teams for consistent messaging.
  • Represent the company at investor meetings and conferences.
  • Support Board-level ESG oversight

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, investor relations, corporate communications, or related areas.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing ESG strategies and disclosures.
  • Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with investors, analysts, and senior executives.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working at private equity-backed firms
