About the role
- Support Rakuten Viber strategic clients in Ukraine as Sales Manager for Business Messaging
- Create compelling, value-driven business cases demonstrating impact of Viber Business Messaging
- Establish strong connections with business, technical, customer experience, and marketing leaders to position Viber Business Messaging
- Develop deep understanding of partners' business objectives and align Viber solutions to drive outcomes
- Develop strategies to manage sales pipelines, forecast, assess risks, and meet revenue goals
- Leverage existing solutions and collaborate with partners to build customized solutions
- Collaborate with Support & Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and remove blockers
- Provide insights to product and engineering teams to close product gaps and unlock market opportunities
- Drive growth, optimize solutions, and ensure customer success
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven ability to lead and drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Skilled in orchestrating virtual selling teams and leveraging scalable, repeatable solutions to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- In-depth understanding of the SMS & Mobile App industry, including competitor offerings and market trends
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with large-scale systems and business operations
- Passion for sales, solutioning, and customer success
