About the role

  • Lead daily operations for Personalization and Canadian eCommerce fulfillment with 3PL partners, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of outbound orders
  • Oversee small parcel operations through a direct report who manages day-to-day execution and performance
  • Manage recycling logistics and operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and environmental regulations
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships, including 3PLs and fulfillment partners, holding them accountable to performance expectations and contractual agreements
  • Develop and maintain operational reporting, tracking key performance indicators and service level agreements (SLAs) across all fulfillment channels
  • Deliver capacity planning insights on a quarterly basis to ensure Personalization equipment can support seasonality and promotional events
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing process enhancements to improve throughput, reduce cost, and elevate customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and resolve fulfillment-related challenges proactively
  • Support team development and performance by coaching direct report and fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence
  • Reports to the Director, Fulfillment and oversees 1 employee

Requirements

  • Progressive professional experience in an hands-on operational role at a retail brand, or working with a 3PL partner
  • Knowledge of small parcel shipping methods, rate optimization, and carrier performance tracking
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience in partner management and cost management
  • Excellent project management and strong organizational skills
  • Vigorous critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience using ERPs; experience with ERP like Microsoft Dynamics and TMS tools is strongly beneficial
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team member and a passion for developing talent
  • Agile and motivated by a fast-paced and ever changing environment
  • Passionate about transforming travel
  • Ability to work onsite from the Soho, NYC office four days a week
